These terms pertain to the use of the-maillard-project.myshopify.com 'the website' and the purchase of any goods from it.
1.0 Return Policy
Please get in touch with us within 14 days of shipment if you're unhappy with any purchase you made from us for any reason and would like a replacement or credit note. Please provide us with your name, the date that you made the purchase, the order number, the items you're returning, how many of them, and why.
Items that need to be returned to: The Maillard Project, 119 Charlotte St, Brisbane City QLD 4000.
Please note that:
- Products must be returned in new condition with all of the original packing.-
- The delivery fee are not refundable.
- You can select a refund or exchange if the products are defective, inaccurately described, different from what you ordered on the website, or don't function properly.
2.0 Shipping and Delivering within Australia
Deliveries are available within Australia via Australia Post or other postal service selected by The Maillard Project
Standard post: Every order is subject to a $14 AUD standard postage fee.
Shipping delays are not the responsibility of The Maillard Project, and the delivery times is depending on the postal service. For information on any delivery that is not received within seven days after order despatch, please email us. We reserve the right to select the courier of our choice at any moment, which may also be based on the delivery location.
3.0 Privacy
As part of the buying and selling process when you purchase something from our site, we collect the personal information you provide to us, such as your name, address, and email address.
Our site is powered by Shopify for access to the online shopping cart that enables us to offer you their goods and services. Your information is kept safe by Shopify's databases, data storage, and other applications. They keep your information on a safe server protected by a firewall.

Inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date information on this website is not our responsibility. 5.0 Transaction Currency and Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) including any Goods and Services Tax that may be applicable (GST).
6.0 Incorrect Addresses, Late Deliveries
By placing an order on The Maillard Project website, you must provide the correct delivery address information. If you submit the incorrect address, The Maillard Project is not obligated to resend the order at our expense to the proper address. The Maillard Project is not obligated to resend or replace the item if the package cannot be returned or diverted. We will make arrangements for our delivery service to deliver goods on time and without damage. The Maillard Project won't automatically reprint an order if the selected delivery service is late. The order cannot be cancelled or refunded due to a delayed delivery. The Maillard Project reserves the right to replace.
